Qualifications – Must Have
- 2+ years production experience or 1 launched title/app/product
- Experience with project management and roadmapping software (e.g., Smartsheets, MS Project, JIRA Plans)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in English & Spanish
- Creation of project plans & feature schedules
- Manage team status & facilitate communication
- Identify & mitigate risks
- Maintain workflows & update documentation
Qualifications – Good to Have
- Atlassian app expertise (Jira/Confluence)
- Unreal Engine & UGS knowledge
- Source control experience (Git, P4)
- Understanding of video game industry standards
