As the Product Compliance Lead, you will lead global compliance efforts across Teton Outfitters’ portfolio, ensuring apparel and select hard goods meet applicable regulatory, safety, and ethical standards throughout the product lifecycle. You will partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to embed compliance requirements early in development and maintain defensible documentation across global markets. This role is responsible for building and improving scalable compliance programs while monitoring evolving regulations and translating their impact into actionable guidance. You will play a central role in enabling compliant product commercialization while balancing risk and business needs.
