In this key role, you will be the driving force behind enhancing supplier integration and streamline booking processes at Tern. Your expertise in product design will help identify and rectify UX hurdles, enabling advisors to better utilize integrations. Collaborate with advisors to understand their workflows and work closely with PMs and engineers to ensure technical feasibility while expanding into new categories like lodging and cruises.
