This role is responsible for the implementation of software platforms, customer training, and ongoing support after implementation.
Strong communication and project management skills are essential, as this position coordinates frequently with other teams and Quad's customers.ResponsibilitiesLead or support the implementation of software platforms for clients.Provide customer training and ongoing support after go-live.Coordinate with internal teams and Quad's customers to ensure successful deployments.QualificationsBachelor's degree.At least 2 years of relevant experience.Background in software development is preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft and Adobe software is advantageous.
