Lead product discovery: define problems to solve, hypotheses, and experiment plans using customer research and analytics.Own and evolve the roadmap and backlog, balancing customer value, business outcomes, risk/compliance, and technical health.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless end-to-end customer journeys and improve how experiences connect across channels.Work day-to-day with scrum teams: write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria; participate in sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement.Define and track success measures (OKRs/KPIs) and use insights to drive continuous improvement (e.g., containment, CSAT, deflection, conversion, task completion, and operational efficiency).Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Content, Engineering, Analytics, and business lines to resolve delivery trade-offs and implementation challenges.
