Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Director Product Development, the incumbent is responsible for managing the team and the product families within the segment. He/she represents the interests of LMPG' customers internally, develops the segment's portfolio, supports project teams in product development and monitors products throughout their lifecycle. The incumbent works closely with colleagues to ensure that departmental objectives are met in line with quality processes and standards.
Your Responsibilities

- Be responsible for the management and development of the segment's product portfolio.
- Incorporate and share feedback from all stakeholders to feed decisions (sales, marketing, operations, etc.).
- Optimise portfolio to support strategic plan.
