What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of product experience, with 5+ years in payments/Fintech product leadership
- Strong knowledge of payment infrastructure and workflows (acquiring, settlement, reconciliation, KYC/AML, risk controls)
- Proven ability to deliver scalable products and drive business outcomes
- Strong analytical mindset and product execution capability
- Business-level English communication
