Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of payment products tailored to the Latin American market.
• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps based on market insights, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with acquiring partners, issuers, payment institutions, and merchants to expand product adoption.
• Analyze market regulations, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technology, operations, legal, marketing, etc.) to ensure successful delivery and go-to-market execution.
• Monitor product performance and continuously optimize user experience and commercial results.
