Responsibilities
- Own and shape the overall product portfolio strategy for wind service upgrades, including prioritization and investment decisions
- Lead new product development from ideation through market roll‑out, translating market and customer needs into robust business cases and product roadmaps
- Define and continuously improve the product development operating model, including portfolio governance, KPIs, and decision frameworks
- Drive cross‑functional alignment across commercial, technical, operational, and regional teams to ensure efficient execution
- Manage the full product lifecycle with a strong focus on value creation, profitability, and scalability
- Proactively optimize the portfolio through structured scaling, enhancement, or phase‑out decisions in line with long‑term business objectives
