- Operate the manufacturing equipment that supplies raw materials to the production line.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently.
- Operate and monitor assigned lines, materials, and finished products as necessary to facilitate proper flow and machine operation.
- Coordinate the movement of products from the production lines to the skids.
- Examine product for quality and ensure all Food Safety Handling Procedures are followed.
- Record daily logs of packages, bags, and wasted packaging material.
