Job Title: Production Associate I – Pre-Finish
Pay & FSLA Status: Competitive Compensation, D.O.E.; Hourly non-exempt
Regular Schedule & Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., with overtime as required
Regular Weekly Hours: Full-time/40 hours per week (overtime as needed)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Our level I Production Associates work within our pre-finish department, utilizing chemicals, paint, hand tools, saws, routers, and pneumatic tools to efficiently and safely prepare door slabs and components for finishing (painting or staining) in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for the provided order paperwork and established quality expectations.
