About the role
- Production Planning: Develop and maintain production schedules that align with company objectives and customer requirements, considering factors such as demand forecasts, production capacity, inventory levels, and resource availability. Optimize the allocation of human resources, machinery, and equipment to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate and direct production teams, managing staff schedules and resources to meet production targets. Provide clear direction and seek feedback from the production floor regarding production activities.
