About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Lead Hand – Shipping & Receiving to join our food manufacturing team. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for coordinating production activities, managing shipping and receiving operations, overseeing raw material flow, supporting production employees, and ensuring products meet food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support production employees to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and production activities.
- Transport raw materials from cooler/freezer locations to production using a motorized walkie.
