Lead plant operations as a Production Supervisor with Parrish & Heimbecker. Focus on staffing, production schedules, and quality assurance to ensure timely and compliant manufacturing.
This role involves managing plant operations, overseeing a range of responsibilities from production scheduling to inventory coordination. You will work closely with production employees, maintenance teams, and management to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all operations. Your leadership will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and the Feed Assure program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train staff on Health and Safety regulations
• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling
• Monitor production performance and track deviations
• Collaborate with management for quality improvements
• Coordinate raw ingredient inventory and forecasting
• Prioritize maintenance repairs and quality initiatives
• Represent management on Health & Safety Committee
