Building Future Leaders Program – Production Supervisor
The Building Future Leaders Program (BFL) is an integral part of IKO’s succession planning strategy and has successfully been in place since 2022. We are seeking recent engineering graduates (or similar) to bring into our organization as Production Supervisors.
