Production Supervisor Enstone, Chipping Norton £16.50 - £17.00 per hour, DOE Day shifts, Monday - Thursday This is a permanent role. We are recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the safe, efficient, and productive operation of a manufacturing department. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who can motivate teams, drive performance, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 3 weeks on 06:00 - 18:00 & 1 week on 18:00 - 06:00 20% uplift for night shifts Key Responsibilities Lead and support production teams to achieve quality, delivery, and performance targets. Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and operational procedures. Coordinate production schedules and communicate priorities across shifts.
