Job Description
Under the direction of the Plant Manager, manage the production processes to ensure accurate and timely shipping, receiving and processing of steel/parts for distribution and customer orders. Will function as a working production supervisor as needed. Promote high employee morale, ensure adherence of all safety and quality procedures. Maintain warehouse standards and maintenance schedules.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
Assign work to employees to meet planned shipping schedule. Check and prioritize shipments and customer orders as required. Establish production goals and communicate to the team. Ensure shipments received are accurate and quality standards are efficient workflow is maintained.
