Job Description
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operation workers (approximately 40‑75 employees), such as assemblers, electricians, inspectors, precision workers, while ensuring that production schedules are created and completed on time, safely, and within budget.
Shift Schedule
- Weekday Night Shift: 6 PM – 5:30 AM (Monday‑Thursday)
How You Will Do It
- Direct the manufacturing workforce to achieve production goals.
- Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
- Anticipate production obstacles and manage team and stakeholders to overcome them.
- Provide leadership and ownership of product quality while consulting with Quality staff and Engineers on quality issues and be accountable for overall QA performance.
