Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join the Power Bus Way Team in Mississauga, ON . The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production of all parts and products, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.
What Will You Do?
- Verify the implementation of all operating procedures on the shop floor and train personnel on these procedures to ensure that specified requirements are met.
- Understand and follow all safety rules and ensure that employees are also complying with them.
- Monitor the maintenance of production equipment.
- Supervise and provide functional guidance to operating personnel.
- Supervise production personnel on the shop floor.
