Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor / Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for leading front-line teams, driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement, while ensuring operational targets are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and direct the daily activities of production and operating workers
- Promote and enforce safety, ergonomics, and housekeeping standards through effective use of the Safety Management System
- Recommend and implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, efficiency, equipment performance, and product quality
