Job Description Title: Production Supervisor
Department: Operations
Reports To: Senior Production Manager
Overview
The Production Supervisor shall be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operation workers (approximately 50-75 employees), such as assemblers, inspectors, precision workers, machine operators, fabricators, and plant and system operators. The Production Supervisors shall ensure that production schedules are created and completed on time, safely, and within budget.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Direct the manufacturing workforce to achieve production goals.
- Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
- Anticipate production obstacles and manage team and stakeholders to overcome them.
