Job Purpose
BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is seeking a dynamic, results‑driven individual to serve as a Production Supervisor. The main responsibilities include leading the team’s tasks and activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, production, environmental, and operational system objectives to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and ensure compliance with company safety policies and follow up on the timely closure of unsafe condition findings.
- Participate in accident/incident investigations.
- Promote environmental awareness.
- Execute the Emergency Response Plan correctly according to established procedures.
- Conduct Layered Process Audits (LPA) as scheduled and ensure team leaders under supervision do the same.
