Job Description
**About the role**
This position supervises a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations. Sets day-to-day activities and assists in managing and monitoring production operations, maintenance, plant engineering, scheduling and personnel.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Supervision and support of personnel (safety).
- Ensure operational metrics (daily production compliance, product quality: scrap, FPY).
- Drive continuous improvement of operations.
- Resource management.
- Personnel management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Over 2 years of experience in personnel administration and related areas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology.
- Personnel management (pre-payroll).
- Conversational English.
