Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day manufacturing operations across multiple departments, ensuring production targets, workflow efficiency, and operator performance are achieved. This role supports alignment across production and other functional areas to help achieve productivity, quality, delivery, and safety objectives. The Production Supervisor is expected to be rotatable across departments, with a strong emphasis on operational flow rather than technical specialization.
