Production Support Analyst
Key Requirements
- Monitor and maintain production systems across Unix, Windows, Mainframe, and containerized environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time to minimize system downtime
- Support and manage workflow automation using Stonebranch
- Manage and support OpenShift containerized applications
- Execute and maintain SQL queries and database operations
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell scripting and Python
- Respond to and resolve compliance and IT risk-related incidents
