The successful candidate will provide critical technical support for production environments, ensuring system stability and compliance with organizational standards. This role requires strong technical expertise across multiple platforms and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of service quality. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain production systems across Unix, Windows, Mainframe, and containerized environments. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time, minimizing system downtime. Support and manage Stonebranch workflow automation and OpenShift containerized applications.
