Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Java L2 Support Engineer to provide application support for enterprise applications. The candidate will be responsible for incident analysis, troubleshooting, monitoring, and resolving production issues while ensuring adherence to SLAs. The role requires strong technical knowledge of Java applications, REST APIs, AWS Cloud, and ITIL support processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 production support for Java-based applications.
- Monitor application health and proactively identify issues.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application, API, and infrastructure-related incidents.
- Investigate logs, application errors, and batch failures.
- Support REST API integrations and resolve interface-related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents.
- Work closely with clients and business users to understand and resolve issues.
