Job Description
Reporting to the Associate Dean, Business and Creative Industries, the incumbent facilitates the delivery of the Animation and Game Development program. The incumbent will incorporate a variety of teaching, learning and assessment strategies that are designed to meet the needs of learners.
Responsibilities
- Teaches the course using best practices and adult education principles
- Teach courses in Game design and development, Animation, Sound design, UX/UI and Interactive Media
- Guide students in mastering industry-standard tools such as Unreal, GODOT, Toon Boom Adobe CC and other animation and game software.
- Builds on developments syllabus and course material, based on the course outline and the existing teaching materials, which becomes part of the course teaching material used by future faculty
