Job Description
Reports to: The Assistant Director in the Department of Environment, Wildlife and Research.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate various programs supporting local and regional projects in Nunavik, particularly initiatives focused on climate change adaptation and mitigation, environmental monitoring, and access to potable water.
- Develop, design, and distribute clear and accessible project application forms, guidelines, and reporting templates for communities and local organizations.
- Manage the entire program application process, including receipt, review, and organization of submissions in a structured database.
- Conduct preliminary screening and evaluation of project applications to ensure completeness and compliance with program criteria.
