Summary The VA Center of Education (CoE) in Interprofessional Primary Care Program/Clinic is a large innovative interprofessional team-based educational and collaborative primary care model. The CoE Program is based in West Haven, but also has satellite operations at the Newington campus. Responsibilities The incumbent serves as a Program Analyst (Primary Care CoE) located at the West Haven medical center in the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Duties include, but may not be limited to the following: The incumbent extracts or mines data and evaluates and analyzes the statistical data from various resources such as VHA Support Service Center (VSSC), Business Intelligence Service Line (BISL), Pyramid Analytics, Power BI, Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) Utilizes qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze the business practices, procedures and protocols to assess the effectiveness of operations ...
