Support and strengthen recreation programs at SPCA by gathering feedback, sharing ideas, and helping plan engaging programs for the community. A great opportunity to contribute behind the scenes and make a meaningful impact.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend monthly Program Committee meetings to provide program feedback and share new ideas.
- Check in on programs throughout each program session and conduct participant feedback questionnaires within your program area.
- Research and recommend new programs based on community feedback and trends.
- Assist in creating the seasonal program schedules and templates.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager, Program Administrator, Program Co-Leads, and City of Kitchener team to ensure programs run effectively.
