Role Overview
We're seeking a strategic Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our general People Development function. You'll orchestrate complex talent infrastructure initiatives that enable organizational effectiveness at scale—transforming tactical projects into sustainable, scalable systems that drive business performance.
As the central coordination point for our People Development programs, reporting into the Global Head of People Development, you'll ensure interconnected initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with maximum stakeholder adoption across our global organization.
