This position requires expertise in managing diverse program initiatives including sales engineering and R&D. You will be responsible for guiding project teams, ensuring all deliverables are met within budget and timeline constraints. An ability to identify business opportunities and lead change is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct resource allocation with the VP of Engineering
• Obtain necessary approvals for project plans
• Manage deliverables for engineering tasks
• Review and validate project outcomes
• Mentor onsite teams and contract partners
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years' experience with automation systems
• Familiarity with ABB Robots preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
