Job Description
As the IDQ (Item Data Quality) Program Manager for the 3P (Third-Party) Mexico, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of selection quality for the MX marketplace.
Reporting to the Head of Program, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving our IDQ strategies and processes across our expansive 3P seller network.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive IDQ program for our 3P sellers in Mexico, driving improvements in product data quality, catalog accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze product data, seller performance, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and use these insights to inform IDQ strategy and decision‑making.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the 3P Mexico IDQ program, setting targets and driving continuous improvement.
