**Job Description**

The Program Manager II, Marketing and Communications is responsible for the coordination, and execution of marketing, communications, and physician engagement initiatives that support the strategic goals of the Department of Otolaryngology. This position serves as the primary liaison between the department, referring providers, hospital marketing teams, and community partners to enhance the visibility and growth of the department’s clinical, academic, and research missions.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or combination of applicable experience and education
+ 5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, communications, program management, or a related field.
