SKYTRAC is seeking a Program Manager to oversee customer-driven programs and internal R&D efforts. Your role will focus on executing contracts and advancing technology while ensuring alignment with company standards and business goals. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, and Production teams to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee R&D projects on technology roadmap
• Lead projects in the Continual Improvement Process
• Collaborate with Engineering on design changes
• Track R&D progress metrics and budget utilization
• Maintain documentation for traceability and learning
Requirements:
• 5+ years in technical project management
• Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline
• PMP Certification or equivalent
