The Program Manager – V (update Program Manager – IV) will support a high‑visibility compensation initiative, driving cross‑functional alignment, project tracking, requirements gathering, and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate brings strong consulting discipline, polished communication, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment.
You will partner closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, engineering, and compensation SMEs to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, dependencies, and risks. This role requires proactive ownership, meeting leadership, and the ability to navigate challenges as they arise.
