About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Programs, the Program Manager provides leadership for the Youth Addiction Stabilization Unit (YASU), Manitoba’s specialized youth stabilization program supporting children and youth experiencing problematic substance use, mental health concerns, behavioural challenges, and the impacts of trauma.
Working collaboratively with Program Coordinators, Elders, Knowledge Keepers, Indigenous communities, and community partners, you will strengthen and evolve the program by embedding Indigenous approaches and ways of knowing, being, and doing into service delivery while advancing quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
