Job Description
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops related to onboarding, leadership development, and other talent development initiatives.
- Lead small to medium‑sized Learning & Development initiatives with support from a senior member or manager.
- Contribute to improving the end‑to‑end experience of Clio’s Learning Programs, including redesign, scalability, stakeholder coordination and reporting on success.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for designated Learning programs.
- Design and execute Learning programs, including planning, coordination, and communication of programs, one‑off events and workshops.
- Collaborate with members and leaders of various teams to identify gaps and opportunities for training and support.
- Stay plugged into research and trends in talent development and bring back innovative ideas.
