Program Management
- Work closely with other departments to understand residents needs and enhance meaningful engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement a variety of activities tailored to residents interests and abilities.
- Observe, monitor, and document residents participation and behaviors during programmes, providing insights for improvement.
- Maintain inventory and ensure timely replenishment of programme resources.
- Source, engage, and liaise with potential volunteers to support volunteer activities.
- Conduct volunteer briefings, outlining role expectations, residents needs, and effective engagement strategies.
