Define and execute enterprise AI strategy by co‑developing a multi‑year roadmap with senior executives, aligning initiatives to measurable business outcomes, and centralizing AI/IT delivery into a shared services model that improves efficiency and builds organizational trust. Architect and standardize patterns for agentic AI solutions, enabling the development of reliable, auditable, and scalable workflows suitable for regulated environments, with clear guidelines for safety, orchestration, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls. Establish and operationalize standards, frameworks, and reference architectures for onboarding recent AI technologies (including generative AI and agentic systems), enabling consistent, secure, and scalable adoption across the enterprise.
