This is an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated finance professional to take full ownership of the accounting lifecycle for a portfolio of development projects.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will manage all financial aspects of development projects, ensuring accurate cost tracking and smooth cash management. Key responsibilities include:
- Draw Management & Liaison: Compile and prepare all necessary documentation for construction draws; collaborate directly with the Project Quantity Surveyor (QS) to review draft reports and coordinate with banking partners to fulfill draw requirements.
