Responsibilities
- Respond directly to client questions and requests, soliciting assistance from front office colleagues as needed.
- Maximize the success of Marsh by optimizing the satisfaction of enrolled contractors and improving NOI by maintaining productivity standards.
- Process all CIP enrollment applications via the Marsh RMIS system and any supplemental enrollment requirements including but not limited to insurance cost vetting and Non‑CIP certification.
