Job Title: Project Associate
Experience: 1 - 3 years
- Basic Project Management skills
- Open Work Orders
- Updating SRs with dates/other pertinent information
- Closing Work Orders including debrief
- Reporting / comparison
- Engage external customer to validate work scope / contacts
- Asset set up support (via Masterdata) / Asset management
- Purchase order requests/submissions
- Submission of Subcontractor work to accounting / AP
- Submitting requests for tech assignments / pre-staging
- Arranging freight delivery from distribution centers to customer site
- Manage Key requests / initialization keys
- Sales order creation
- Fluent English Speaking
- Working US Hours to support PMO team
