Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of integrated project schedules using approved scheduling software.
- Facilitate the creation, review, and ongoing updates of project schedules, including milestones and financial deadlines, in collaboration with the Project Director, Commercial Manager, Construction Managers, and Project Team Lead.
- Conduct regular schedule review meetings to assess progress, ensure alignment, and identify potential impacts to project objectives.
- Identify schedule risks and constraints, develop mitigation strategies, and support proactive schedule recovery planning.
- Implement and maintain the project control budget, monitoring and reporting on schedule performance, productivity, and cost versus budget; perform budget updates as required.
