Job Summary
The Project Control Specialist II will support major program management jobs and individual project managers. The Project Control Specialist II will be responsible for scheduling, cost control, document control, action items management, and progress reporting. Additional duties may include assisting Project Controls Manager with internal training.
Responsibilities- Document Controls with knowledge of SharePoint
- Tracking RFIs, Submittals, and due dates
- SharePoint list Management, Improvements, and Permissions management
- Tracking and coordination of engineering review plans with different departments
- Working closely with the Project Management assistant to assist with administrative tasks
- Knowledge of PowerBI, Power Query, DAX, and Excel Formulas
- Primavera P6 schedule software experience (2-4 years)
