Project Coordinator
Salary- $60,000- $75,000

The Project Coordinator supports the successful planning and execution of heavy lift, transport, and related project activities. Working closely with Project Managers and cross‑functional teams, this role helps coordinate schedules, resources, documentation, communication, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Support Project Managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate mobilization and demobilization activities for personnel, equipment, and project resources.
- Track project progress, milestones, risks, and action items, and **escalate** issues where required.
