Interwest Mechanical is seeking a detail oriented Project Coordinator & Estimator to support our commercial mechanical projects. This role combines estimating, coordination, and administrative support to help ensure accurate bids and efficient project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specs, and tender documents to prepare mechanical estimates.
- Complete material takeoffs, cost breakdowns, and review supplier and subcontractor quotes.
- Assist with bid submissions, proposals, and pricing updates.
