Position Summary
BCIT’s School of Construction and the Environment is seeking a temporary, part‑time (0.5 FTE) Project Coordinator, Industry Services. This position provides the day‑to‑day coordination and support of projects for the Industry Services team. It tracks project milestones, ensures the organization and maintenance of project documentation, and provides scheduling support of project‑related activities. The Project Coordinator will contribute to project planning, on‑going meetings, and the coordination of project partnership engagements. Conducts related environmental scans and compiles findings. Coordinates and tracks the project progress, project spending and outcomes for reporting.
