Project Coordinator Intern – Overview
A project coordinator intern at MGI shapes the experience of a site visitor through effective layout, styles, and leads, directs, and coordinates the daily management of the assigned project(s). This is a leadership position with accountability for overall performance, including costs, schedule, quality, and adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Create a project and financial forecast while identifying and managing opportunities and risks.
- Create and abide by a project schedule in conjunction with milestone dates.
- Establish and manage a project budget, including billings, and work with accounting to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain, track, and report financials and overall project performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Ensure that projects are built according to plans, specifications, and drawings.
